At Broadsword Security, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last night, our offices are now CLOSED with immediate effect. However, we have staff working at home remotely to ensure the continued operation of critical work.
- All Surveys, Installation and Service visits are suspended.
- Technical telephone support is ongoing and emergency call outs will continue until further notice.
- If you have an existing appointment, we will be contacting you to cancel this and will, of course, prioritise the reschedule of your appointment once current restrictions have been removed.
We have staff ready to take your calls and will help you with technical and administrative queries. We’re here to help in very unusual and unprecedented circumstances.
